A true rodeo story: the Barrels and the Bees

Well I was gettin' ready to ride in the barrel racing competition at the Reno Rodeo 2001. And as I was leaving the chute a bee with a real nasty stinger comes on up and stabs me on the nape of my here neck! WEll I sure am allergic to those little stingers but I kept on riden' because I knew my Mama had remembered the EpiPen! As I went in for the final curve around the last barrel my face was had become mighty swollen and I damn fell in the that third barrel! But Chasity, the most pure, well behaved, and fastest horse in the greater Nevada area kept on going through getting that fastest time yet! The crowd went WILD, I was the laughing stock of the 2001 Reno Rodeo, God couldn't of given me worse luck, but I guess everything happens for reason because the very next day I won the jackpot at the ElDorado casino! God Bless America I love this Country. there are some great rodeo stories out there today and lets keep them alive and in our memories. GodBless
